Very pleasant staff at the Nashville airport rental facility, but Enterprise didn't hold my reservation for a full size sedan, so instead I was forced to pick from the few remaining cars, and ended up in a much larger than needed 3 row SUV, with very noisy tires, and steering which pulled to the right. Also upon return, there is only one small Enterprise sign pointing you to the correct garage entrance level, which is easy to miss. (The entrances for every other company are clearly marked with large directional signs.) Sure enough I missed the small Enterprise sign, entered on the wrong level, and had to backtrack out of the garage and circle back to the entrance a second time.

looking for a van for 6 to 7 people for a week
The truth is there is a shortage of vehicles at BNA period, not just ENTERPRISE. I went through what you are going through, basically if you have a confirmation number you have a vehicle.
Yes
Yes
no
No, the enterprise is on site.
Not at the rental place. You can use off site parking like Flight Park. That’s better than using the on site long term parking in my opinion. Cheaper too
I picked up a car I reserved at 2am when my flight got in.
The Enterprise at Nashville International Airport is 24 hours. Most have a drop box or someone there.
There is a counter in the airport AND in the garage. If you book and pay online, you should be able to just go to the counter in the garage.
You will have several options if you don't mind waiting and have a credit card.
You actually looking for a one way rental depending on your car choice will determine the price you pay I book early to get a good price
When I flew into Nashville. I called when I knew my plane was going to be delayed. They are very nice and helpful
Yes you can. I rented a durango there and left it at the airport in Louisville.
Put their name in but yes your information in comments
I would say yes as most do but you may need to prep book.
Yes there's a shuttle and it's the fastest and most convenient way to get there!
There is not much we can do here. If is office provided laptop then you need to inform your office IT so that they can block it.Track Your Device's IP Address with Gmail or Dropbox. If your laptop or smartphone was stolen, you can use a service like Gmail or Dropbox to find the IP address of your thief. When you log into those services from any computer, it logs the IP address used, and displays your last used IP in your account. Change your all passwords to make sure if someone accesses the data they can login to any bank's website or your email. And report to police
Counter is close to baggage claim, then long walk to left to cars.
Sorry, can't help.
No that we know of. Have tried several times with the phone number they gave us to no avail. They don't answer their phone.
I don't think so. Remember there are also Enterprise locations around town that may be cheaper. Airport rental facilities have to pay extra so you get charged more there.
You have to have a major credit card that doesn't say debit in order to rent at the airport. The only time they take debit is if you are flying in & out.
Often you can drop off a rental at a location other than the one from which you rented
Yes
Yes.
It depends on the car and options. Also, look for discounts. I have had luck calling Enterprise and asking for a discount rate.
Call their 800 number. He may need to call Penske instead
I don't believe so, if my memory serves me right it's credit card only and a 20 percent deposit
