It massage envy, had a few issues after first signing up, & it drives me crazy that they say an hr but it's really only 50 minutes. I had found the best message therapist in years, & was the only reason I was still going. Unfortunately, he has since left, as I will also be doing when my "contract" is up .

I've been a member for years but since the last time it changed hands you make a appointment and then the day before they cancel it. You have to make the appointments a month or two in advance just for them to cancel.As soon as I am able to use all of my saved appointments I'm cancelling my membership

Nice place. Employees handle themselves in a professional manner. Should you desire particular areas to be addressed, be sure to get what you pay for. Also be sure to ask fir a therapist that can provide the "pressure" you need. While mine was a good therapist, in hind sight, I would have either rescheduled or requested a different therapist that could apply more pressure. It was one of the lightest massages I've ever had, and unfortunately, didn't feel like I had even gotten a massage an hour after I left. Again, I don't put this on the therapist, I should have been more assertive in making sure I was getting what I was paying for. Overall it's a nice place and very relaxing.

Jessie at the front desk is wonderful! Brooke , aww.. Brooke was just perfect. First time ever getting a facial and going to this place, everyone was so NICE and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back. Also Brooke, thank you for making me feel so comfortable in my skin, I thought I had ugly skin and have been so embarrassed to leave the house without makeup on. You seriously made my day with your kind words.
