Trying to assist my patient in finding a facility and this Facility refuses patients who have Medicare as a secondary. Even with bcbs primary and their willingness to pay the remaining amount after insurance in cash, I was told they still would not accept the patient.. makes no sense. the Facility is there to help people but yet turn them away in their time of need even with insurance benefit paying 80% and cash in hand for the remaining balance. Shame on them.. ...

Picking my wife up today after almost 4 weeks. Some aspects of Journey Pure are incredible but other aspects definitely need improving. The good include the activities to help her get a handle on her situation and her Continuing Care Coordinator, Mel, who is five stars in every regard. The areas definitely need improving are communication between departments and her personal therapist. When we were checking her we were told she would need to be here 21 to 45 days. Even though Mel got her set up to a sober living environment, and she has gotten wonderful feedback about how well she’s doing, the clinical staff here said she is leaving ATA for some strange reason. No one has explained why that is. As the approved family member, I’ve not had anyone reach out to me about why they do not think she’s ready to leave. Bad communication all the way around. She’s been here longer than the minimum, and has everything set up for a next phase, but they’re holding it over her head for some reason. Maybe because they need more insurance money? Now I’m sitting here waiting for her to be discharged, but the nursing staff had no idea she was being discharged even though it’s been planned for 2 days.

First ever rehab, so I have nothing to compare it to. But I’m sober and have been for 6 mos, so that’s great. I was mislead on the food, you have to cook your own. Which was fine for me, but not ideal for the amount of money paid. And not much to do but sit in classes back to back all day everyday. Not much outdoor activities, although they make it sound like there is a lot on website.

I attended an Intensive Outpatient Program for Alcohol in November 2021 through February 2022. My counselor was Dorothy Reinagel and she honestly saved my life. The program started me on a path to recovery and I’m incredibly blessed to have found this place as my first option. I was incredibly broken walking through their doors but attribute a lot of my foundation to Dorothy and the team at JourneyPure. Thanks everyone and God bless!

I just took a loved one and it's a 30 day and possibly longer if the patient needs to stay. I guess it depends on the situation. So yes, they have a 30 day program and as much as we've heard and experienced so far as far as how they treat you when you get there with your loved ones, it seems like a great place. Lots of great reviews on it too. That's why we choose it.
Call them. Maybe they can work something out. It will save you or your loved ones life!
It took them less than four hours and it literally saved my life!! 371 days clean!
It would be best if you had one. However, they may be able to test you there.
30 days. Please Go. The best place you will find I promise.
I'm so sorry you're struggling. There isn't a paper application to fill out. You can call (615) 410-9260 to start your chart. It takes about 10-20 minutes to get through the questions. You're usually able to come in on the same day, if there's a spot.
The majority of people here struggle with alcohol addiction. Often as a stand-alone, but also in combination with prescriptions or illegal drugs. The unique properties of alcohol addiction are treated with proven therapies (like CBT), experiential therapies (like art, music or equine) and medications (like Vivitrol or Antabuse). Underlying issues like depression, anxiety or trauma are also treated here. Please text me at (615) 410-9260 if you have any other questions.
Yes, they even have scholarships/grants for qualifying clients, I believe. Or you can opt to pay out of pocket.
We have outpatient options (including Suboxone maintenance) at our clinic nearby in Murfreesboro. We also have clinics in Nashville and Franklin. Because Suboxone is safer than Methadone, we do not use Methadone at our clinics. If you want to talk more, call me at (615) 258-6562. Thanks for reaching out!
Call them and discuss it. It is a life saving experience. Don't hesitate. They are wonderful.
We do not have visiting hours. Visits may be scheduled with the approval of the client's primary therapist, but are not guaranteed. We offer a family program every weekend that you can choose to participate in with your loved one with the approval of their primary therapist. Hope this helps.
