I couldn't believe the amount of negative reviews posted online. I normally shop at Cool Springs but with moving this store is closer. I looked at the reviews online because I assumed this store would be smaller and sell less expensive items due to location. The store is smaller than Cool Springs, and does seem to carry the lower end merchandise. The store was fairly clean, bathrooms were clean however they were completely out of soap which tells me employees likely aren't washing their hands. The staff are so rude. I was met with attitude when I asked where a fitting room was because I just dind't see one clearly marked. They did have a decent selection of sizes 2-10, outside of that I didn't see much in terms of larger sizing for bigger gals. My girls wanted to look at shoes, that was a nightmare. I went downstairs and waited quite a while before going to the cosmetics section to ask if anyone was working. I was told yes, but if the girl was on lunch then no one was working. I thought it was odd to basically shut down a department and not have signage such as "will return in 30 minutes". However I was told they don't shut the department down. Not sure how that actually works if no one is working the department. A gentleman from cosmetics went over to shoes and found the girl in the backroom. The early 20s girl working in the shoe department was very rude. If I was interrupting her lunch break then the store needs to sort out their scheduling or actually just shut the department down or have someone cover. I asked for 2 different sizes a 12 and 13 for my daughter. She came back with 1 box, I asked what size it was, she said 12, I asked if they were out of 13s she said "NO! The displays are 13!". It may be a shocker but I don't know that the displays are a specific size, nor have I ever been in a store where you try on and buy the display shoes. The displays ended up fitting so we waited for a few minutes to get a box or pair that ws boxed, she never came back so we ended up just taking the display shoe. The only person at that store that was decent was the middle aged gentleman working in the mens section who helped direct me to the shoe department. We went back to him to check out. I would absoloutely avoid this store like the plague it is and drive to Cool Springs. The people working at this store clearly hate their job which can only be blamed on management (whether it's pay or just how they are treated it is reflected to the customers). Stay away or shop online.
