They are terrible! I will never give them business again! I have bought my dress, my veil, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, accessories here. They knew the date two of my bridesmaid dresses were coming in. David’s bridal set the date! They schedule the date to get them altered. They go to that appointment then they schedule them to pick those dresses up the night before my wedding during my rehearsal! They will not choose another day 5pm or later that week to come in EVEN though I have done ALL my business with them. ALSO when I came in for my wedding dress appointment after it was altered my hem was not touched so they fixed it, I did not complain once. Such bad customer service. Never again!
