Disappointed in the policy they hold here, I bought a pony tail from here and wanted to exchange it because it wasn’t what I thought it was, he told me I could exchange the ponytail as long as I don’t detach it from the packaging, which is how I tried to return my item, however when I opened the box from the side I created a small tear some how on the outside of the box that could hVe easily been taped together with less than an inch worth of tape, ponytail perfectly in the package and refused to exchange it because he claimed he could no longer sell it. I politely asked him to throw the brand new unused pony tail in the garbage, and I’m sure the business could care less but I will never shop here again. I will also be disputing it with my bank.

I bought a wig from this store and Diamond was so helpful and patient. She checked on colors and gave me important information like style and length to help me decide. Because I was inexperienced with wigs she taught me how to put it on and even cut the lace for me after purchase. I am so appreciative of her much needed help that I tipped her. Thank you Diamond! I bypassed several other beauty stores to try them and Im so glad I did.

This is the best hair store in the area!! Especially for lace front and full lace wigs! They have never disappointed me, definitely my go to hair store. In the middle of the pandemic Khaled really helped me out and Kyrie is a great help at finding the right wig for u! Very satisfied :)
