The employees I talked with were very helpful and thoughtful of what I told them. I was having problems with a color I bought from a different location and they definitely set me on the right track. The store is well stocked as well which is always good. Update: Ema helped me so much today with advice and explanations as to what products would be best for me.

I was in the store in St Petersburg Florida on June 3rd. The lady that helped us with every little thing I needed was Jasmine and I give her a 10 she was great with me and my sister while I was on vacation. I highly recommend if you are ever in Sally's in St Petersburg on 66th St and Tyrone that you ask for Jasmine she will help you with all your hair fair products and needs.

I went in to find hair dye and a split end treatment. A young girl that was behind the register, pretty with semi curly light brown hair, was very helpful. I couldn't find the treatment I originally wanted but she recommended another and she was right. It is amazing!

The sales prices were not properly labeled and did not match the advertised prices. A particular staff member stated that one of my items was missing a sku and tried to insinuate that the product came from outside the store, however my partner stepped in to state that the issue was on the staffers for improperly labeling the inventory. We had to wait several minutes while the staff went to correct the issue and also to check the sales promotion of my other items. While I am satisfied with the products I did purchase, I did not appreciate the attitude and behavior of the store employees.
