Best customer service experience I have had at a Home Depot or any similar hardware store. I get very overwhelmed in big stores like Home Depot and struggle with anxiety. My order was delayed when I got there so after some running around and figuring out where it was I was greeted by a man named Andre who even though he didn’t work in the department I needed went above and beyond to make sure I got my order he was helpful, kind and knowledgeable I will be coming back just because of him! Even though I got home and the toliet I bought was broken so that was stressful when I came back to get it replaced everyone else I dealt with was very helpful and made it easy to get fixed. I will be back. I just bought a house and am excited to have a place I feel comfortable to get everything I need

I am amazed at the positive experience I just had. I needed two different specialty lightbulbs that I was pretty sure they would not have. I went in the store and searched the aisle and could not find what I needed. I saw a woman (Tracy) from a different department who could not have been more pleasant and immediately walked to the front on my behalf to ask for the person on the intercom to request someone in my department. I heard the request over the intercom within 15 seconds and about 20 seconds later Troy came down the aisle with a big smile and could not have been more helpful. I didn’t know anything about the bulbs I needed but he pulled out his phone and snapped some pictures so he could expand the tiny print and within about two minutes I had everything I needed. I didn’t have a cart so he helped me to carry everything, and since the checkout lines were full, we went to the self scan area and he literally did it for me while we talked. Then I started putting all the bulbs in a bag and Barbara noticed that I had three empty bulb boxes and walked over completely unsolicited with a smile, took them from me and told me to have a great day.The whole experience lasted five minutes and was hands-down the best I could’ve imagined. Congratulations to Tracy, Troy, Barbara and to everyone else I dealt with today including the manager Ed who I sought out to personally to thank him and to let him know of my wonderful experience. I’m really just blown away

3/5/22 .. I don’t know if everyone has noticed, but the price of plants has skyrocketed in the last couple years. This store has many varieties, incl. but not limited to: bleeding heart, mammy, oleander, cyclamen & impatience, etc…hundreds of expensive plants that are dying, with bone dry soil that haven’t been watered in days. I let the Sunday eve manager Jose know and with zero customer service skills, he let me know that he could care less about the plants or the thousands of dollars in losses the store will have through their neglect.. On one huge rack of dying plants each is $10 so multiply that dozens and dozens of times. And then look at the dying plants that are $25, $35 $45 and figure that in. All the theft & other losses, like dying plants that go to the dump instead of peoples yards, all these losses are passed on to the consumer. Jose didn’t get that concept at all. If shareholders aren’t making enough because of losses at every store, they have to raise prices in order to keep profits high. Leadership at a business should be acutely aware of this. It’s common sense. I’ll never understand why a person is put in charge & are the face of your company when they are nasty, rude and inconsiderate & allowed contact with the public (let alone their poor staff).

My third time here. Every time I've been here had no trouble finding someone that was very informative and helpful even had people walk up and say can I help you without having to go look for someone amazing! Young man made my keys I'm going to put up a picture of him. He made me four keys, they all work! Thank You Home Depot you are the best one I've ever been to! ☺️ clean,organized & clutter free!

Yes they have employees too help you
Yes they do but you need to go to the cabinet department and talk with someone up there make an appointment they charge $100 to come out and measure and that's the ducted off your total. I would definitely look into other local cabinet makers small mom-and-pop locations that offer full wood cabinets Home Depot seems to be very high-priced.

I work there and my suggestion is to go into the store and talk to a manager, I know that we allow trucks who are making deliveries, and need a place to stop for a while.
They have a few repellents, all good for mosquitos. Don't know if they are thermocell?

Yes they do. They have 5' X 8' solid wall trailers that require a 2 inch ball to hook up to. If you go to the Tool Rental Center you can get them there. It costs 27 dollars for a four hour rental, 39 dollars for 24 hour. You'll need a valid photo idea and a credit/debit card to leave a 100 dollar deposit.
