So great! I had an issue with my bike and was looking (I thought) for a bike rack so that I could bring my bike in, but they looked at my car and recommended that I not get a rack and showed me how if I put a rack on the back of my car how it could damage my cars spoiler. The guy that was helping me showed me how to take the wheel off so that it would fit into my car and I went home, took the wheel off and brought the bike in for them to look at. He showed me how to reattached the wheel and he fixed the issue I was having with the bike for me. Then he didn't charge me, not even for his time, and would not accept a tip. Super nice, very helpful and gave me a few tips for loading and unloading it so I would not damage the bike or my car. Saved me a lot of money, and my car from damage and sent me on my way, in time to still go out for a ride on a sunny Sunday. I would recommend them and I will defiantly be back. Thank you!!
