Still can't get a human at the location.... Is there a direct number or specific extension to call?

No way would they answer a phone at Hertz Nashville. Then they would be required to answer questions. Go to Enterprise is my advice.

I'm having the same issue, Hertz corporate told me to talk to someone there and gave me the number....but no way to get an actual person :/

Still suck and no one will answer a phone. And corporate still can’t help!
