Thank you Advantage for being so accommodating and kind when I decided to extend my trip by one day, and then again when my flight got canceled. I encountered such a warm welcome when I arrived in Nashville and had no problem at all checking out my car. It was such a trusty ride and and Advantage provided great customer service throughout my trip when my travel changed multiple times. The check in process was easy and the check out process was smooth. Thank you for everything.

I’m a service member that visited my home state. I still have my home state license but I live outside the state. Because I didn’t have a utility bill that proved I lived in state (duh because I don’t live in state!), I had to make a $500 deposit :/ further more i wasn’t eligible for unlimited miles. Lady at the front desk was nice but weird policy. Will not use again.

Got here after a long flight from Denver ,CO to tell me I have to have a piece of mail from Tennessee in order to get the car ....I don't even live in Tennessee!! So I didn't get the car I was promised AND..had to get/find some one to come get me/take me so I had to wait another 2 hrs. So had no time to hang with family/friends! YA'LL SORRY!!!!
