Be careful of the reservation dept. Regarding parking. They seem to be running a bait and switch. They sell you a stay and park for your cruise, knowing you need 8 days. But when you get there thay only give you 1 day. Then they play dumb.

Had the same issue as Robert. Still seems to be an issue. I won't be staying here again.

I don't think so. If you have a question regarding this I would suggest visiting with the GM at the hotel. I have had nothing but excellent service from this hotel staff.
