We had a great stay at this hotel. Had a little issue at check in, a misunderstanding BUT...Juan who is a manager was so awesome. He helped us out with no hesitation. We had 3 rooms and the stay was excellent. We were there in preparation for a family cruise and had a ball. The breakfast was great, location of course - very convenient. Great bang for the buck. We also received GREAT service from Valentina in regards to additional help. Juan and Valentina - along with everyone else we came in contact with were SUPERB. We truly appreciate them making our stay wonderful and will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything!

I stayed June 13-17. The staff was exceptional, until I met Jessieman. I went to get snacks at 2:30 am June 17. He charged me 21 dollars for 16 dollars worth of items. I informed him I would be contacting the Diamond desk. By time I reached my room he charged my card again without my authorization. I called down and asked him why did he charge my card again and he couldn’t answer. I was going to extend my stay but after this treatment I went to another Hilton location and 10 business days later I still have not gotten my refund. I’ve never been treated this horribly at a Hilton location as well as being a diamond member. So in all I’ve paid 42 dollars for 16 dollars worth of items.

Overall great hotel. Got a large, modern room along with a clean bathroom. The complementary breakfast has everything one can ask for. And some other facilities such as a pool, a workout room, laundry etc. are available too. Only downside is very thin walls and nothing in walking distance, so preferably you need a car.

Attentive from desk staff. Very clean room. Good cup of coffee upon arrival at lobby. Nice and working business room. Finally, hot and good old days breakfast, make yourself your waffles are back! Really worth. Did not use the pool or gym. Location and shuttle to airport made this hotel a very good selection.
