I stayed here few weeks, Rooms need some work, stains and smelly carpets, one time got a room with a wet or moldy odor, only one elevator and it was broken for a week, the employees are great, service and free breakfast are really good. I'm a silver member and supposed to get complimentary water but it didn't happen at any of the weeks I stayed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. They go out of their way. Location is close to major roads. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants in Town and Country outdoor mall. I loved their breakfast. They have a free full breakfast bar. Coffee was great.

I was sent here by work and the room was not ready but the manager was super nice. He really tried to help me out and set me up with a way to work around the wait. While I ended up not staying here (my work was an hour away) it seemed like a nice clean place and the manager was nice and understanding. Also the surrounding neighborhood seemed really nice.

4 years ago we went to this hotel and everything was perfect but the breakfast was our favorite part, was a warm and complete breakfast with coffee, juices, eggs of your choice, bread, best pancakes, etc. Now we went back on Feb 2021 and was a disappointing experience, the room was dirty mainly the carpet and the bathroom, but the worst part was the breakfast. We decided to reserve again in this hotel thinking that everything would be great but not. Clearly the reservation said “breakfast included” but what we got was a poor bag with an apple, water bottle, a dry pastry and a sad cereal bar. I have kids so the plan was to take that delicious breakfast like 4 years ago but we needed to go out and pay extra for a decent breakfast. The people at front desk say that they removed the breakfast because the COVID. Really? You guys are lying to the people saying that breakfast is included, that is fraud! But the rates are like a big breakfast is included! So expensive! I need to go back to Miami in 3 months and obviously I will not reserve again in this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.
