We’ve been staying here for 6 nights and unfortunately we got one more horrible night to go. Ever since we haven’t had a good night sleep. The bed is awful ! It feels like sleeping on a wet grass. Way Too much humidity probably from their improperly designed Air conditioning systems. Same bedding were just made everyday with a big noticeable black mark on top. This isn’t anywhere near a 4* hotel. Expect a motel service here. Not to mention that their mini fridge was producing heat even with adjusting it to the coldest setting. Oh and about the view! Our room was supposed to have an ocean/bay view, but we had to go on the balcony and stay at the corner of it to be able to see the water. All you could see from inside the room was other hotels and buildings even though we paid extra to have water view. By the way check out their towels and pillows from the pictures ! This is the first day when we got there.

Positive: The staff at the front desk, were excellent ! They were so professional and kind! They helped make the stay so special! The room was amazing and had incredible views! We spent hours on the balcony relaxing! Great location. Loved it!

The rooms at one point were probably really nice. Would rate them as 4 stars at the present. The Sun for the pool deck is now blocked by the under construction Aston Martin Building next door. Not their fault but def something to note if you want to take advantage of pool from 8-11 in the morning. Sun on other side of building in the afternoon. We were lucky with the valet but some in our party were not as lucky. Waited an hour for his car trying to take his daughter to urgent care. Attended a wedding which was great!! Beautiful ballroom and service during the event. Floors were dirty in our room when we arrived and there was still trash from the previous party in the room. No body wash, just one bar of soap you have to use at both the sink and in the shower. They can do better in this area. Summary: This was probably really nice before COVID. Service around the hospitality industry is down as whole and they are no exception. The under construction building blocks out sun for what probably used to be a great pool deck which was a major bummer for our stay.

Positive: The pool deck is excellent and that¿s really why I stayed here - for a few days of poolside chill. They also have complementary wine happy hour everyday in the lobby. Negative: In the room we stayed, the shower didn¿t have the water pressure and consistency I expect from this hotel. A minor complaint, but does impact my impression of the hotel.

Yes the east side of hotel HAD a bay view. Now there is a huge building blocking the view. But the pictures on hotels website still advertises the old view. We picked this hotel specifically for the view and it was completely blocked. Shocked no one else who chose a Bay view isn't complaining. The hotel knows they are scamming us, it's clear when you talk to staff. They immediately offer a small refund, $30 off in my case.
Yes you can, on the 16th Floor bar / restaurant.
Parking and drop off here is a nightmare. The valets stand in a group of 3 or 4 until you grab one of them by getting their attention. The valets and porters are friendly though. The valet parking is very expensive. You are better off getting a garage through parkingpanda or spothero and walking back (I found one at one fifth of the price about half a mile away).
Definitely no comping on anything! its not a casino
$150 per night +resort fees 32.77per night
Try their website to see if there are any opportunities.
The question is a bit vague, but they do charge you a certain amount of $ in the case that you use some of the amenities that they offer so they may deduct from there. If you dont use any of the $ they charged, they'll return that amount.
Talk to the front desk directly by calling, or walking in.
I think that on the webpage you have the jobs information.
How much is parking a day i noticed tgey went up since last year
If u leave on the hotel is free if u are staying on the hotel it's like 30 per day
I used to.
Separate But Worth it
It's not really close to the beach. You'll need some sort of transportation.
Yes
Yes they are very nice about that kind of stuff when your traveling. They lock up your bags in the secure room and you will be worry-free don't worry about having fun on your trip or anything happening to your stuff this is a very nice hotel. With all the amenities you can think of so be very happy you pick the right Hotel.
King size
Their website says they have on-site parking for $22 day parking, $42 overnight with unlimited in/outs and a $54 charge for oversize vehicles. Traffic is a nightmare during dinner time and there is no on street parking nearby. We used parking panda and got an overnight spot for $9 about with a 10 minute walk.
Enterprise is next door. The car company that picks you up? (there quote mot mine) so should be possible
