The apartment is spacious and cute. The super friendly and helpful staff, but when I got to the apartment I had to buy products to clean it, I mostly cleaned the floor and bathroom. The bathroom of the main suite leaked cisterns, the refrigerator leaked water from below, very good that they have a washer and dryer system, but ridiculously you could use one or the other, not both at the same time, I had to wash the mattress covers, all stained and sheets left much to be desired. I could not use the oven, it was missing parts and it was also dirty. I had to pay for the parking separately, having already paid an amount for it when making the reservation. The pool in the two weeks that I was, there were no people cleaning it or maintaining it, the water was dirty. I saw a dog sneak in and supposedly pets are not allowed. The carpets in the corridors were very dirty, they desperately need cleaning. Anyway, they have to improve and CLEAN will be one of the best hotels in the city. Best regards
