I loved the location of the hotel, it is a very modern and well-kept area, good restaurants, shopping centers, and the beautiful train that runs through this area that is free and with which you can see beautiful views of the modern and very tall buildings, the yachts that go under the bridges...

This was our first time visiting Miami and this hotel. We stayed overnight prior to cruising on 08/27/2022. Things started out on the wrong foot because our Lyft driver had a very difficult time finding the entrance/drop off area. ( which ended up doubling the price of our fare.) I blame the GPS but still the increased fare was an unwelcome surprise. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted first by the security officer and then by a very nice gentleman that directed us to the check in area. The person working at the desk was very friendly as well. Our room was still in the process of being cleaned and wasn't ready when we go there but we were given complimentary drink coupons and directed to the bar area. Shortly thereafter our room was ready. The room was very nicely appointed and clean. We went to Batch located next to the hotel for dinner (Awesome place.! Highly recommend) and to relax a bit. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast prior to departing for the cruise port. With the help of the hotel staff we were able to secure transportation to the port at a very reasonable price. I give the hotel 5/5 on that service. My only complaint was loud music at times but I think it was coming from a neighboring property. One thing that I would like the hotel to consider is offering shuttle service to/from the airport. It would definitely attract more people and be a huge perk for your customers, even if you charged a small fee per person like $8/$10 I think people would utilize that service whenever possible. I would definitely consider staying here again if the rates remain reasonable.

Hilton quality with a city center location. Parking lot available in the first floors. Lobby at the 6th floor. Good breakfast buffet available. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Shopping streets 5 min walk. Public transport at the back street.

Driving it's about 20 mins... it is a lot cheaper to catch an Uber to the port. My husband I caught an Uber to the port for a Carnival Cruise. The Uber cost me $4 for the both of us.
It depends which casino. The Seminole Hard Rock is like 30 miles away. The Mikkosoukee is like 15 miles away, and the Magic City is like 5 miles away.
No. It has not the shuttle to the air port.
I have requested this a couple of times and hotel did not charge me.
Yes it is, my plane was delayed and I had no problem checking in late at night
They never told me, during my stay.
Not far from Downtown. It's a great hotel to stay at. 30 mins from South Beach
No
There is a train to the airport just 1 block away. Monorail type
I don't know about the shuttle, but we took the metrorail from the airport to the hotel. The station is a few minutes away from the hotel. You have an elevator at the end of the ramp. It's easy from the airport to get thru. You just have to follow the sign, Metrorail. It's a long walk but for the 2.25$ / Person, it's worth the walking. After its a 15-20 minutes ride to the brickell station.
You can but it will be better if you taxi or uberi took a taxi and was about a 15 minute drive. And I'm glad I did because there was a gate change with my ship and the taxi driver had to drive me to the opposite end of the port.
20 minutes by cab or uber
We were there in April and signed up for a van to take us. I believe it was $16.00.
I don't think so. But you can board the free monorail from the brickell station close to the hotel
Thx Eve
Tax + city tax
No safe area we used Uber and some restaurants within waling distance not many
We simply took an Uber.
They have a shuttle but the free people mover is the best way to get from Brickell to other places. The local stop is right out the door and is both metro and rail so lots of options.
Positive. The staff is quite flexible depending on whether on your arrival time the room is already available they release the entrance.
Nope. We stayed in the 19th after the storm, and it was in perfect condition.
