I don't know about the shuttle, but we took the metrorail from the airport to the hotel. The station is a few minutes away from the hotel. You have an elevator at the end of the ramp. It's easy from the airport to get thru. You just have to follow the sign, Metrorail. It's a long walk but for the 2.25$ / Person, it's worth the walking. After its a 15-20 minutes ride to the brickell station.
Yes it does...its the hotel shuttle, my husband went to the front desk to inquire about something else and that's when he asked if if the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. If I'm not mistaken he had to sign up the night before. I can't remember how much he paid for us; it was four of us but he did tip the guy also the hotel was amazing you are definitely going to enjoy it.
