I have requested this a couple of times and hotel did not charge me.
They do not charge until 5 packages received less than 48h prior to the check-in
They don't charge. The service works very well.
They shouldn't - I've had packages delivered to a number of Hilton group hotels across the country and have never been charged. Just make sure it's addressed to you.
