Upon check in desk person first day and the person training was doing something but not training or helping the new hire. No name tags poor customer service. Get to the room needs maintenance badly We had a kitchenette however, no lids for the pots, no dish washing liquid no dish washer pods no sponge no box of tissue. Dishes in cabinet dirty food on them crumbs and reside on cabinet shelves no wine opener no extra trash bags. So disappointing. The best thing of the stay was the disposition of the valets staff. They are very polite kind and hospitable so different from the staff and service inside. Using rewards points or even paying for such poor service and dirty room is unacceptable. Attention to premier guest service teaing would benefit thus hitel. Understanding the daily goal and first impressions are very important this team is missing

Wasn't bad place at all had a couple bumps nothing serious. But the Valet service was great the young man with the braids I didn't get his name but very pleasant young man he was very attentive for the family reunion. What ever it was he was on top of it for the family reunion. Thanks young keep up the good work.
