the hotel is nice but the service is the worst, I made a reservation for 7 nights, they charged me in advance for 7 nights. 1,657 plus 350 deposit plus parking 54 per night. I was 2 nights trying to check out. the hotel did not let me I am still paying for a room that I am not in. It is a complete mockery for us guests. In my opinion it is very poorly organized, it is a complete robbery and no one will try to help or do anything. the hotel looks good and is in a location but personally even the Quinta inn has better clauses to help the customer. a let down by marriott

Great place, staff, and room for the price. Close to many of the amenities and access to the different highways. Parking isn't too bad since you're able to walk into the hotel from the parking floors after you have already checked in and giving your key. I'll be back!

For the price, it was a great stay during Formula 1 weekend. Clean sheets and towels. Traffic was a little loud. Starbucks in the lobby a plus. Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Location is great. Little dated here and there, but it’s ok!

Had the same issue as Robert. Still seems to be an issue. I won't be staying here again.
It was a really short drive to South Beach. I really enjoyed the access to highways.
Yikes. I'm sorry to hear that! I have no experience except calling the front desk over a questionable charge. It just so happened to be a temporary hold. Maybe tweet at them on Twitter? Companies seem to respond to public criticism like that online.
Not that I could recall. Plenty of electric scooters around that you can rent out by the hour. Seem.to be on every street.
No, but there is easy access to metro rail that can get get you there.
