During checking at 9:30 PM the desk clerk was rude, like I was interfering with her evening. I asked to have my rooms cleaned daily. Responded "we don't do that here" . When asked why, the response was because of the pandemic. Really, from someone who is in a different city every week, this is the first hotel in over a year that refused to clean rooms when asked. Just another example of a hotel reducing services using the pandemic as an excuse. Continental breakfast consisted of Jimmy Dean sandwich turkey sausage and overcook dry omelets. Not very appetizing. Location is not that convenient, down an alley in the back. The management allowed a large freight truck to block ten spaces right in front of the entrance reducing the already limited parking. " Should have parked on the side." Checked out this morning. Same desk clerk, still rude, still unhelpful. Was going to stay another week here as I still have business in Miami but I changed to a more accommodating hotel. To be honest this treatment is what I have come to expect from the Marriott brand. Will do my best to stay at more accommodating brands in the future.

Great hotel and wonderful rooms. I kept having problems with the room keys and before anyone suggests how your cell phone can damage the key, let me just say my phone was nowhere near the key. Other than that it was a great stay.

Broken elevators and not convenient for my aunt who broke her leg and needed wheelchair access. What’s worse is the front desk was rude about it when I asked them when it would be fixed. Also might want to clean the cum stains off the couches. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Positive: Location was great! Close to the Chick Fil-A for an evening snack. My teenage kids enjoyed the workout room. The trundle bed was great so that my kids did not have to sleep in the same bed. Convenient to the airport. Quiet, ultimately clean. Negative: First room that they sent us to had not been cleaned. The beds were made, but there was trash everywhere. New room was very clean, but only had 3 towels for 4 people. So, with some extra trips to the front desk, we made it fine.

I was recently hosted and I was not charged for receiving products purchased on Amazon with address to the hotel.
Probably best to call the hotel. I don't think they answer questions on here...but I could he wrong!
