Essential Cleaning
This is a place that treats children and parents with disrespect. People are humiliated every day. It's sad when we need a service and we're humiliated, especially when it involves children. You need to sleep in a line to be able to get a vaccine, you need to be there at dawn at 2am. It's sad and humiliating, the attendants are extremely rude, they humiliate people. I saw people cry in front of them. The way they treat people is the worst I've ever seen in my life.

I do not know how Marketing and PR work for an organization that offers free services to the community or if it even cares for its reviews but there are things that should be addressed. In comparison to other states this office treats people like animals and it is sad to say. It is not hard to implement a new system to serve the children with dignity. Temporarily I am going through a situation where I don't have the money to pay vaccinations for my two children, I have gone two days to obtain the services only to be sent home because supply is limited. I lived in Florida, where the Health Department was always fully stoked in supply and at any time of the day one can go and obtain services for their children. (specially vaccinations which are so important for a child to have) Today there was a parent in this office since 2:30 AM!! waiting on a line outside with her three children only to be skipped by everyone in the line (because she was asleep) and find out they ran out of supply hence could not have services done for her children. I can't help but wonder, is it because this community is mostly populated with minorities that they are treated like the scum of the earth?? My children have missed two days of school and may miss more due to the carelessness of the government for this community. Employees are irate, supplies are scarce and the concern to offer dignified service is non existant. All lives matter, but that is just a hashtag at the end of the day. So far, in my experience, all governement offices in this city send a negative message; if you are a minority one does not deserve diginified services.

Friendly staff. Very Very helpful. One negative point, a Sr Thin and Tall that I don´t know his name was too rude with people all the time.
