I worked there for nearly one year coming from a Large Civil Engineering firm. The whole environment there is completely unprofessional, and they over-react to the most petty problems there possibly could be- Maybe in the actual refinery things are better, but in the Engineering/Admin building it's like being incarcerated!

Yes women can work here..there's lots of women in the industry. It's worth it if u can sacrifice some things in your life..u will spend dam near more time there then with your family but it will pay off down the line
