I brought my car here a couple weeks ago to get my alignment done. They said my engine mounts were worn which caused the car to pull. They replaced the mounts but the mechanic was not able to complete my alignment and he left my steering wheel all the way to the left to drive straight. He said I needed to replace the tie rods as well but it was already closing time so he did not have time. I had to wait from open to close for him to not complete the job. I had to leave out of town for a trip and had to come back here to get this issue fixed. They wanted to charge me a hefty price for something the mechanic was not able to complete same day. Thomas and the other front desk guy provide great service and gave me a discount but the mechanic did not seem to sure about what the issue was. He said it was fine to drive the car with the steering wheel like that until I could come back. While driving the car I had to make a U-turn at an intersection but was not able to complete the U-turn due to the steering already being so far to the left. The person behind me almost hit me and honked at me. He had to allow to me to reverse to complete the turn which caused multiple cars to honk at me and almost caused an accident. I did not feel safe driving the vehicle but I had to go to work when I was back in town and cannot afford a rental car or Uber. I brought the car back and they replaced the tie rods to bring my steering wheel back but it’s still not straight and alignment is still off. Also my airbag light is now on and won’t turn off. My experience was terrible and I hate that I had to come back to wait another whole day to still not have the job completed like I originally intended. $500+ later and my issue is not resolved. I paid for practically nothing and would rather have just left it misaligned to keep my money. They need to hire more experience mechanics.

Vincent, the customer advisor, was nice. He was attentive and worked fast to quote me. My only note of quality improvement is that once the car was taken in for an oil change, the service was a tad bit slow. I would have liked a more accurate estimate of time.

I needed a quick tire replacement and this location gave me the best service possible. I’d like to specifically shout out Thomas. He helped me with everything I needed, found the best prices, and helped me get a student discount. They also gave me a free diagnosis for a problem I’ve been having with my steering wheel. I’m glad I went to Just Tires and definitely will be returning in the future :)

Would have rated 5 stars because the customer service was great. I got all new tires and a thick greasy looking stuff was left on all tires. I admit my car was dirty but at the very least the stuff should have been wiped off. Other than that, I’ll be going back and would recommend it to others.
