I wish I could give a ZERO . I went in for brake service, and who ever handled my car took it upon themselves to help themselves to some RayBan sunglasses I had in my glove compartment. I called to speak to the supervisor I was told by the person who answered that the supervisor was busy on a phone call . I explained to the person who answered the reason for my call . And was told I would be getting a phone call back from the Supervisor . And I NEVER got the call . So Unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE !!! BE AWARE they help themselves to take personal items 😡😡

I wish I can give 0 zero stars. I paid them $100 for an alignment on brand new tires and 20 minutes later they said the car was ready. That was bs and they didn’t even give me a print out with the alignment numbers. I’m now here at the Pep boys Harbor city and sure enough they confirmed the other shop didn’t do anything. I highly recommend Pep boys Harbor city not these careless people.
