Good location if headed to the port for a cruise, but definitely needs updating. No heater and it was 43 degrees overnight. Window in the shower wouldn't close all the way and didn't latch. Doorway had light coming through all the way around it, all of which contributed to a cold night. Took about 5 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. I think I got a contact buzz from the other rooms. Nicely decorated and the patio area was newer and cozy, coffee was fresh and hot in the morning. Not entirely out of the question for a turn and burn overnight but wouldn't be my first through third choice on my next Miami trip or cruise. Really just needs a lot of updating and repairs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was impeccable. Staff is very friendly and always made sure I was okay (if I had enough towels, or had a plate for my food to microwave, switched rooms for my friend). Of course, do not come here and expect the ULTIMATE MIAMI experience. For the price, I could not ask for more. Stayed here for my stay at Ultra with a group of friends. No complaints. I would definitely come back. Did not feel that the neighborhood was safe.

I wish I could give this hotel a zero review. First of they charged my card over a security deposit for possible damages. When I expressed my concerns she could not give me an explanation on why so much was taken out, she stated that she didn’t understand why the hotel removed so much. I booked two rooms, with the first room the toilet wasnt working properly and shower water was not hot at all. When I expressed that this to the hotel they came and lifted the top of the toilet off and stated that we will Need to continue to lift the topfor the water. Which i stated was unacceptable and they need a better solution. They kept stating that they can give me a new room but never did. Only a few people on the staff speak english, so when i would ask a question i would get “i dont know response” horrible experience and will NEVER BOOK!

Before explaining i would never stay here again, the location is not the cleanest place and if booked at the right time you can go to alot better hotels in south beach. my room was not cleaned and it had some kinds of bugs near the fridge it was disgusting and couldn't sleep properly the my room was not made up properly before going there
