They are all bills paid. Rent is 790 I believe not 100% on the price... Two bed is $890 and the one bed was $100 cheaper.
765 1 bedroom all bills paid the are nice apartments and the apartment manager is great she is there to listen to each and every person that has any issues or wants to let her know about anything that's going on on in the property if you don't tell her what's going on she doesn't know yes she does walk the property and she will figure it out and find it out so whoever is going around saying there is meth going on and this complex she will find out so if you have a problem feel free to come into Martha Villas Apartments they are great I live here with my husband we have laundry on the premises yes we have a pool yes it is green now but it's green because it's cold weather during the summer the pool is pretty and clean and they keep it up it is a very nice place to live than maintenance guide take very good care of the pool and the lawn care and for any of the emergency or anything that has to be done within the apartments so that's my feeling on these apartments here
