Why is the pool green if this is supposed to be a newly renovated property? Pool was never green when it was still Second Dimension. Will this become section 8 slum property?

Well if you look it is winter time the polls not going to be clear and pretty because it's cold the wind blows and blows the leaves in the pool and dirt and it's too cold for them to get into the water to clean that up during the summer it is a beautiful clear sparkling pool I swam in this is not a Section 8 it is just like any other apartment except it is all bills paid

not really a newly renovated property, signage is just for show and to gain rentors. Laundry facility barely has any working dryers and I have often been left with hang drying my laundry on the shower rod. Rent went up, they could at least provide a clothesline to make up for the lack of dryers.
