I leased in March and moved in April. Though these are older apartments the owners & management have maintained the apartments with updated appliances & attractive detailing in backsplashes, tile and countertops. The small size of the property means the owners & mgmt staff know each resident and the residents look out for one another. Older apartments have their issues but I've never encountered management as willing to work to resolve any problems that I may have. I feel very lucky to have landed here and hope to stay a long time.

I rented here for last 1month have been happy . I was not sure after reading the reviews but this place was close to my work so checked out and they are really nice not at all like the review of the could of people below about roaches ..🤑 definitely don’t judge rhe place by fee reviews

We've been tenants here at Courtyard on Calmont for 2 yrs going on 3 yrs come February. We haven't had any issues until the the people in 217 moved in but all of that was handled by the police and management other than that everyone else here is very respectful and management is great and if something needs fixing we have on call Maintenance. This is really a great place to live so peaceful and quiet... A great place to call HOME!!!

Management and maintenance are great. Its quiet when management is there but after 5pm it gets loud with alcoholics drinking outside their apts and blasting music with their doors open all nite till 1am. The age of tenants is various. Its not a bad place if you keep to yourself,and the best neighbors we've had and have been here a while all keep to themselves, but be weary all the fake friendly ones
It not a bad place to live. Management is largely absent except at rent due date. Some tenants do have pets, a dog park is across the street.
Yes it's a good place to live. Don't pay attention to Douglas answer he's never lived there.
Around $850 a month and $300 security deposit
$850 for a 1bedroom and $300 security deposit. $950 for a two bedroom and $350 security deposit. Their hours are m-f 12:30pm to 5pm
