Madison has been a huge help in answering my questions and giving me information about the unit I am interested in. I am applying now and will likely update my review as time goes on. So far, I am impressed with what I see and experience! EDIT: Unfortunately they were unable to move me in on the dates that I wanted - even though I was able to pick the scheduled move-in date when I applied. Also, phone calls were answered sometimes. It was often when no one answered.

I’ve lived here since 2019 and had absolutely no problems until Maegan moved! For every problem you have to HOUND them to get it resolved. I loved the apartments with the flaws until it became too much. If you put in a Maintenance request it takes weeks if you don’t follow up with them, even for emergency things. My sink leaked so bad it covered the floor, smoke alarm beeped, and toilet wouldn’t fill up for 2 weeks before anyone came even AFTER I called in. How are you suppose to be safe, sleep, or use the bathroom with all of that? If you call in for a residential question no one answers. If you leave a voicemail only one lady calls back BUT if she cannot help you her boss DEFINITELY will not call back. Yet, if you walk in the office there is people sitting around and phones being ignored. I understand being “short staffed” but returning a phone call is simple. ANSWERING the phone is simple. Especially, if I walk in and see everybody just chilling, but my phone call didn’t get answered from 30 seconds ago. The manager says she’s going to call people back and doesn’t. Says she’s going to “check on things” and DOESN’T. There clearly needs to be a hiring sign on the door. She was better as an assistant.
