The staff and dentists at this practice are caring, professional and compassionate! My 5 year old was accommodated immediately after acute tooth pain which was not left up to us to deal with by our former dentist. Even though we were not a patient at the practice, they took us in the same day and we were able to take care of the root of infection quickly and gave me answers and options for treatment. Really appreciate this approach to patient care!

Our first visit over a year ago was wonderful. Since then the office has been a headache. My son had major work done. They kept calling me to schedule the appointment for work that had already been done months before. Then the end of last year I received a bill for the full amount from the work done earlier in the year. I called up my insurance and they had never even been billed. So I called the office and they finally billed the insurance. Great that was taken care of. Well we go back for my sons 6 month exams and he has a small cavity that they are just going to paint a sealant on. They told me they would call me to schedule after they get approval from the insurance. They never called. I had to call them to schedule a month later. When I scheduled I asked about a copay the receptionist told me there was none and I asked if she was sure because I was certain there would be. She told me normally there would but we had a credit. I had no clue about an overpayment. I asked how much the credit was and was told it was $50. I asked if the copay was $50 or if the credit was $50 she just said yes. So needless to say I was frustrated that I couldn’t get a straight answer. When we got to the appointment I try asking how much the credit was that we had and it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Which left even more frustrated but I got an answer. Well they charged me $50 which was taken from the credit but only billed the insurance $30. At this point we had already gone back for the 2nd part of the treat which was $100 (out of pocket cost since we had issue issues)taken from the credit. So I called to see why I’m being charged so much when they are billing the insurance so little. I called and left a message to speak to an office manager and never got a call back. So I called again and the receptionist swore he could help me. After what seemed like for ever he said I was over charged for the first visit and $20 should go back on our credit. He couldn’t do anything about it and he’d have a the manager call me back to take care of it. Well once again no phone call. I gave them almost two weeks. I called a different dentist office to see if I can finish my sons treatment there and they were surprised that the sealant is a three visit process! At this point I’m not surprised. I call back brshnfloss and the same receptionist still refuses to allow me to talk to an office manager. I requested the rest of my credit to be mailed to me. At this point I highly doubt I’ll ever see the money owed to us.

Today was my 3 year old daughter's first visit. Although she wasn't scared they made her feel so comfortable and explained what they were doing to her throughout the entire process. Super friendly staff as well as Dentist! Overall 100% satisfied and would for sure recommend them to everyone
