Went into the bank to open up a high school account, the bank manger made up his own requirements on opening an high school account. Had all documents needed and verified it by calling chase customer service after I left. Very Unprofessional staff lead by the clueless bank manager Ricardo. I will open another account elsewhere not with chase. The bank doesn’t even follow their own online requirements.

Every other Chase offers me great customer service and takes a particular check every month my 25th Identical check and the manager here was rude would not even come out to talk to me and would not except the Same check! I have banked with Chase for many years , if this was the only Chase branch I would find another bank. Both of the other branches I regularly go to treat me with great respect and as a valued customer. I recommend any branch but this one they should shut this down and fire the manager!
