Look elsewhere if you can. The complex is not well maintained. Pools were closed multiple weeks/multiple times summer 2022 because they turned green. Gym was closed for a month and was still closed by the time we moved out. Front desk ladies are never on the same page. It was nice when we moved in during summer 2021 but went downhill over time very quickly!

Not recommended. They cut security for their own gain financially....Lizette is something else and the staff is a joke. The clubhouse we have flooded again, they can't get things done correctly apparently. Why should residents suffer? I'm in #513 come knock if you want some......

“Amenities here are a privilege and not included” I’ve lived here for going on 2 years and have seen the owners pass this complex around like a college freshman . During the summer you can expect to have both pools shut down for upwards of a month and green covered In oils when it is open. Recently there was a flood in which caused damage to the front office now limiting everyone here once again . There are 2 workout rooms and one would only have to be open to accommodate for everyone’s needs and still limit residents to be outside of where the damages occurred. When I called Stacy told me amenities are a luxury are renters don’t pay for them so they will be available whenever. Theses apartments do not care about your living situation as well if you have a basic maintenance issue expect delays your lucky if you didn’t have to go to the office every day to remind them because work notices never go in . DO NOT RENT FROM HERE every month basically cons have doubled and pros go away don’t say you weren’t warned.

don’t recommend living here they’re not giving me my renewal letter until Oct 7th yet they want my answer by Oct 13th. They make the smallest problem the biggest inconvenience you might as well be homeless, way easier than dealing with them.
