These apartments the hell I do not recommend them to anyone because there is no security and they are too expensive they are charging rent as if we lived in downtown Fort Worth

Paid $250 for an application fee. Then rejected. No refund. Tried to ask for a refund but my number is the only one not answered. Is this a lottery to live there? Or maybe an omen of things to come to their residents.

Oh, many thieves steal belongings from cars and those from apartments do not grab anything or have cameras, and free entry for anyone

Honestly, at the beginning that I moved in it was spectacular now they are the worst and you can not even walk on the property because they assault you and what is the use of calling the police if the money or things are going to be recovered ...

They were, but that is changing. They will now charge a fluctuating water fee that is based on how many rooms your apartment has... They are currently also charging a $50 a month fee for the main cooling unit. The rent has also skyrocketed ridiculously and it's a rundown complex with roach, flea and mice infestations.
No it is not a safe area- lots of theft and random gunshots. I'm sure there are drugs around, but that at least I haven't outright noticed.

We love pets! We offer lots of greenspace for walking. There is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and $20 a month per pet. There is no weight limit, we do have the following breed restrictions and a pet interview is required. Our breed restrictions are, American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull/Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, Wolf Hybrids.
