I’ve been living here for 2 years the community is a mess they definitely don’t have enough maintenance people it’s always dirty nobody cleans the stairs or the perimeters the gym has been closed for months now there’s 2 pools one has never been open and the other one was open maybe once this entire summer the gate never works so is always open and our motorcycle was almost stolen from our parking spot during the day cuz anyone can come in and out the apartments itself are okay but when you look at the website they advertise all This amazing amenities that in reality are not available for use so don’t be fool

At the beginning the office people were charming and helpful, I renew my lease, I thought that was great, until I had to paid more for rent and water. In a fix income, they tell you they can help. Beware!!!!! Get everything on paper, or you will regret every single month you live there.

HORRIBLE! I believe the other reviews now! Sansom Ridge scheduled me for an appointment today at 1. They are closed on weekends so I had to take off work (which I can’t afford) and waste gas to drive to my appointment at 1. I finally had someone acknowledge me 20 min later only to ask me why I’m there and that they don’t have anything available. Your messing with people lives! Very unprofessional and just not right! Very disappointed in this experience! UPDATE: Your response is to give you a call?? HELLO! Obviously nobody ever answer the phone there. Read the reviews! I called for 2 weeks straight with no answer! Do better! Way better!
