My chain snapped on my way back from work and this was the closest bike shop. Although the store was closing, the owner Larry was so gracious to check his stock for a replacement chain. Very friendly and thanks again for helping me out.

Extremely rude didn’t hear a word I said to him then said find a closer shop...the worst part is I live far away and only called this one because I’d gotten good service on a unique bike that’s hard to get repaired...definitely won’t be returning again.

This is a fantastic bike shop. I purchased a bike here because I was having trouble finding one short enough for my body second hand. Larry had the perfect bike for me at a reasonable price, and walked me through how to register it on line so I could recover it if stolen. Came in today for a one-month tune up for free, and Larry fixed my issue within 10 minutes. Couldnt recommend this place enough. great service

Depends. Generally, a durable & simple one
Buy it there & they’ll sell it 4u on consignment
They do sell used & new bikes
They’re a full service bike shop (sales, rentals, service, even tours)
At this bicycle shop in New Orleans bike rental starts at $10
You mean here in the bike shop or here in New Orleans? I can tell you that one group is allowed in the shop at a time and masking is expected. Are there itt the her specifics you are interested in?
If you want a bike shop mechanic to handle it, the cost varies between $20-35 including wheel & tire dismount, tire inspection for debris, new tube, remounting the tire & wheel, and tax. Please note that the quality of tubes vary, with big box stores typically selling the thinnest tubes (which is why those normally cost a little less. Also, tubes can blow when rim strips wear out and from wheel problems so it is possible that additional repairs are needed. A good bicycle shop will explain these things. If you have issues with your bike, bring it over. We’ll be happy to help you.

In general, yes. ... RideTHISbike has been selling/servicing electric bikes for years and can perform standard maintenance on tuning on just about any bike (electric or not). ... As to repairing electric drive systems, it depends on the bike. Over time, many electric bikes have come out and some electric drive systems are simply not serviceable, due to excessive costs on some replacement parts and/or outright unavailability of out of stock electrical components. For this reason, if there is an issue with your bike's electric drive system, it's best to contact us and explain what's up. If the issue appears to be something that can be resolved at a reasonable cost, we'll set up a time for you to bring it in.
RideTHISbike rents a wide variety of bicycles suitable for road use including multi-speed hybrids, city bikes and upscale folding bikes (such as Bromptons). Pricing varies depending on the bike model and duration of the rental. As a free service when you rent our bikes, we will install YOUR clip-in pedals on our rental bike as well as remove those pedals and return them to you at the conclusion of your rental, all at no additional charge.
