My daughter is trying to obtain social security numbers for her two children that are US citizens, but born in Germany. We went in on a Monday and was told that the only person that could help her was not working that day and to come back between Tuesday and Friday. She went in on Wednesday and waited 45 minutes to try and see someone. There was only one person working that she could see and it was the same person that said on Monday that they did not know how to get SSN for the children. There were about 6 people ahead of her and she had her children with her so she decided to leave. She asked if she made an appointment would that be better and was told no. This office is a disgrace. More people need to be employed to help customers and they need to know there business.

I went in person to talk to someone last week. Today Miss Clark called me to review some things and called me a liar. Said there was no way I came in person because they were closed. I'm pretty sure I walked through the door and sat in a chair waiting for 20 minutes to talk to someone. Miss Clark was extremely rude for our entire conversation.
