Bad Plumbing leak in the foundation no hot water most of the times bugs in the apartments not safe for children's I have been living here for 7 years it's getting worse and worst I advise if you thinking of leasing or purchasing this property walk around and ask resident I live at apartment 232 and you can ask my downstairs neighbor at 132 retired older lady over 70 years old apartment they find a way to hike prices paying for parking electricity and water used to be all bills paid

Typically you have to have a combined income that is at least 3 times the cost of rent and utilities. Payment history is also important.
