Solid gastropub type food, decent selection of beers. A staple on the Island. If it’s super packed with parents, there’s a good chance there’s a middle school dance going on.

Was hired then fired for pointing out that the 'cool' refridgeration lines for the beer were too hot to keep my hand on. This insulted management who wanted to look amazing for the owner Jeff Bezos. Not sure why you would punish a constructive private notice that a system needs maintenance instead of calling a repair man. Was told they "couldn't fit me into the schedule." I have a feeling Dorothy is just senile.

This is a historical inn on north Mercer Island, right of I-90. It's mostly American/pub fare. The biggest draw is the outdoor seating behind the restaurant. You get your own TV and pergola.

We had to sit in the bar at 6:30 because there were no outside tables available. You also can't sit at the bar and be on the list for an outside table unfortunately. Once the crowd died down a bit we did get an outside table. All that being said, the gazebos outside are great addition to the back area. They also had a cider on tap which is always welcome. We ordered the nachos with chicken and they were above average. Maybe a bit short on chips but overall they were pretty good. They were loaded with olives, onion, beans, cheese, etc. I haven't had much to eat here but I would be willing to check out other items on the menu if they are as good as the nachos.
