Yes, parking is free. This morning the lower lot was empty.
Most of the walks through gardens have ramps. There is an elevator in the main building and one in the parking area. The Japanese garden doors have steroids but you can view from above. It's worth going!!
2 to 3 if just strolling around without the tour guide
They are open on Saturday. We didn't make a reservation and had no problem to visit
There is indeed a fee to enter.
Not a clue. Find a reputable
If you become a Hillwood member dogs are allowed between 9:30 a.m. and 12 noon on Sundays only. Otherwise dogs are usually not allowed unless it is a service dog
Sorry. I do not know.
Call them. We r not staff. The orchids are fabulous. .dont miss them.
I am confused... Is there an actual "admission fee" of $18.00 or is it a "recommended~donation" starting around $18.00 but please feel free to leave less if one so desires or simply can not afford such a steep amount??? When I show up @ this dump I plan on being broke + I can't wait to see how much loot I can panhandle while roaming around the grounds in search of lost wallets!!!
Yes
I've have not ever seen the need for one. It can be crowded but always seems a spot
There are, but it is not a parking lot, I think if a lot of People come, its fill up quickly
While there is a suggested donation to enter, there are not ticket sales. When you enter the grounds, employees or volunteers in the welcone center will explain the process.
It depends if you are a member or not. You should call the Hillwood Estates an inquire with them. However, you should know that many of the exhibits (the Hillwood House, greenhouse, etc) are indoors.
When I wish to request a reservation, I feel it best to call the establishment!
I would contact them directly for answers to those questions.
Yes, as long as they are for your personal use and not for publication or commercial purposes.
They have an afternoon tea event every Sunday. Reservations are recommended. You can find more information on their website under the visit/cafe tab.
