When we moved into the apartment complex, we enjoyed the small number of units. No fault of the apartment, but the location is not well suited for our lifestyle. Every weekend it was another drunk person walking around the front of the building, cars and motorcycles speeding and racing up and down W 5th street. We moved out a month before our end of lease but still paid the last month, our access to the building was shut off and then the PIN code to our apartment so I was unable to gain access to complete the move out process. I did get in but it is very frustrating. Felt like the complex was pulling a fast one on us when we had paid till the very end of our lease. The previous leasing manager was GREAT! I really liked her but now...very disappointing.

We have lived here for over a year and we cannot day enough about this property and the staff. We absolutely love our apartment, there is so much attention to details, high end appliances, floor plan, closet space and did I mention it comes with a full size washer and dryer...our apartment definitely feels more like a home!!! Devynn and Taylor ha e incredible customer service, they are quick to respond to calls, emails and service requests...you definitely know that they care not only about this property but about you as a resident. If you are looking for a new home, look no further!!!

This is a great apartment with amazing staff! I love the layout of the apartment and the stainless steel appliances! Devynn with Magnolia Park Apartments was super helpful with the whole application process and move-in and she was super welcoming!
