They simply do not answer the phone or return phone calls. You'll pretty much be on your own with this complex. Lots of service requests are ignored.

Please run, run fast…. They use bait & switch rent tactics plus they’re unorganized. There are plenty multi unit homes in the area so no need to deal with unethical practices.

No. Hulen Oaks will charge you for water, trash and sewer in tandem with your rent.
