It was awful living here. The parking garage NEVER felt safe. Cars were stolen and constantly broken into. The leasing team was so nice when I moved in but once I signed my lease the facade was over and they no longer cared about me. To make it worse when I moved out they overcharged for meaningless things. Do not live here. They just want to take your money and they are slumlords. I have never heard of an apartment charging over $1000 for move out fee. This is ridiculous and they truly don’t care about their residents.

This place is not safe at all! They are so strict about who parks in the parking garage yet they don’t seem to care or look at cameras in the entrance to check who is stealing cars, car parts and wheels etc. They simply don’t care about their tenants and clearly want their money and I think since they won’t check cameras they know who is stealing cars or is apart of it

Been at Mag and May almost 3 years and love it. The staff is always fair and accommodating and the apartments are close to everything. They are always good at communication to the residents and I truly feel like they do care about the resident experience
