This building was great and I enjoyed the first few months of my lease; however, over time, I got frustrated then fed up with the thin walls. Yes, I am aware that you are likely to hear your next-door neighbors often in apartment buildings, but this building was way worse than living at a previous building in Dallas. Noises from neighbors and the hallway were way too loud for me to handling this place. Some weekend nights, I had to leave my unit and stay with family so I could get a good night's sleep with no noise. I then decided to not renew my lease and move elsewhere. It was unfortunate because the building and its lofts are nice and have character. It was a shame to love and hate this place at the same time. Also, the parking lots in the parking garage are too narrow and it was usually a struggle to park well enough to get out of your own car without hitting anything. The white pillars were hard to deal with as well.

Diana and the team at magnolia park were very helpful in my move and relocation to the great state of Texas. I appreciate the time and effort that the ladies put in to helping me. I look forward to many more positive years with them in this community.

I do not miss this place, and I would not recommend leasing from Magnolia. I informed the leasing agent when I signed that I would be looking for a house later into my lease. When I asked what the protocol was for breaking it, I was told that the management was very easy to work with and understanding. Sure... Three leasing agents later over an eight month time period, and with a house under contract, there was no leniency or even the slightest understanding. Even after I paid the $3,500 to break the lease, they had the apartment re-leased the day after I gave my notice. EDIT: After a paltry response and an exaggeration of "times it was explained to me by Lauren Looper," I've decided that a single star is about what this company, as a whole, is worth. For those thinking they're getting a luxury apartment, be warned... I have personally seen their construction practices where they have stuffed soaking wet insulation into their buildings and covered it with drywall in their brand-new construction. I can't imagine what type of other construction practices they've allowed over the years.

Cannot say enough great things about this property! Devynn and team were amazing - they went above and beyond to make a relocation very easy. I will always consider Magnolia for a future home. Thanks for exceeding expectations!

Our historic property makes for unique finishes throughout. Some units feature different variations of those industrial features. The third floor is an addition to the original structure, so all units on the 3rd floor have a more modern and traditional look to them.
Magnolia on Vickery has a cozy resident lounge and rooftop patio with spectacular downtown views.
