I have been trying to pay my rent for 4 days now. This online service that they are using is good for nothing. I called the office to see how come it would not let me pay rent. I have split payments before. She told me that it has to be paid in full. They refuse to help in any matter. Nothing gets fixed around here. You have to keep complaining but nothing gets done. Now my rent is going to be late and i have to pay a late fee. It's time to move from here. This place needs to be shut down..

This place is the worst I need to talk to their manager and HR they are ever hardly in the office when there is a problem to be fixed. They never answer the phone when we really need them to fix a situation about rent acouple days ago and still charge us after that when they where at fault and wanted to charge us late fees. Shut off the water with no warning until 3hours later. No security at all.everything is literally falling apart in the apartments. The constant knocking at an ungodly hour while people are trying to sleep and proceed to try and get in not 2 seconds later even if the tenant is home. Forgetting to fix a main feature late and not telling the office later on just for another maintenance man to come in a week later. VERY LOUD NEIGHBORS. Either I get in contact with HR immediately and this place gets new management. Or shut down completely. All you want is more money in your pockets to just not be here. There also paint chips coming through the vents aslo paint fumes. Without telling anyone

I’m not having a good first impression of Martha’s Villa. Actually It’s actually my friend that’s moving in. Well she’s been trying to move in since the 1st of the month and as of this very moment she doesn’t have her keys. She was told that it wouldn’t be, no, come back at 1:00 o’clock this afternoon. Well we called the local office, and that person said she was way to busy posting rent, and should come back again in at 4:00. We’ll see, more to follow.

They are all bills paid. Rent is 790 I believe not 100% on the price... Two bed is $890 and the one bed was $100 cheaper.
Well if you look it is winter time the polls not going to be clear and pretty because it's cold the wind blows and blows the leaves in the pool and dirt and it's too cold for them to get into the water to clean that up during the summer it is a beautiful clear sparkling pool I swam in this is not a Section 8 it is just like any other apartment except it is all bills paid

All parking for non residents would be in the center parking lot directly in front of the laundry facility where the trash rececpticals are located on each end of that specific center parking area. All residents can park along the outer perimeter of the parking area closest the the walkways leading to the apartments.....Parking at this apartment complex is very lenient and laid back......I honestly could not tell you one person's name visitor nor guest that has ever encountered an issue with parking here or getting towed rather......Overall a decent place to live and/or visit but their maintenance staff is the absolute WORST and they refuse to fix ANYTHING but insist on continuing to collect rent.....My friends who live there have a newborn baby and their management has yet to make a repair and/or retrofit their air conditioning system. Last I heard they had been forced to purchase and install their own window air conditioning unit due to maintenance doing absolutely nothing here...😉

I know we have new management and I know her and I know she's not in on what y'all call meth if you feel that meth is out here then you come and you said to her face and we will make sure that it gets out of here because we do not as us older people would like a nice place to live not all that so if you feel that there's meth and drugs and you know all that stuff here feel free to come in and talk to her
Our apartment manager is not allowing this to happen because she knows nothing about it so if you know so much about this you need to go and let her know she is new so give her a chance to get working on what needs to be done here but as far as I know there might be a few problems but we have been here for three months and we love it here
The apartment pool is open in June and it was a very nice sparkling clean safe pool and people pay attention by the role that are given
Yes it will you have to have a clean background and they also do credit and they also look at your rental history Healthcare simpler say yes they are a very strict clean apartment complex.

She has two bedrooms available and to have a dog you will have to pay a $250 deposit and then $25 every month after
They do a credit check. All utilities are included in the rent cost.
