Today 2/12....what is going on with nextlink? No service. Do they no longer have phones? Did they go out of business or not pay their phone bill? How do we report outages or NO speed?

Phones either busy or recording saying the person is not accepting calls. Hmmmm.better be giving out some credits to customers

Same here, been hit or miss, mostly miss all afternoon. Morning was ok, speeds were slow, but usable.

I got through to them this morning, was suppose to get a call back, but haven't yet. They posted on FB about an outage.. haven't had service since Friday.

Well it's 9:20, enjoying my scorching 3.75 mbps download. Love the peak hours when my plan is 15mbps and I can't even get atleast half. Can't wait for May according to your engineers to make what ever changes to give 3 month issue resolved.

Next link, why every night starting around 830 my service declines 50%or more of my guaranteed Speed? Then I talk to tech support at.its back up to the 75%peak guarantee, only to have it drop back to less then 50%2weeks later until I complain again
