If you run a business, look for ALL other options before signing up with this company!!!! When the internet is down, there is absolutely NO rush to get it back up and running!! They come when they come and usually their available time to come out is a week later. I asked them to prorate the days I was paying for internet service but not getting it and they said they weren’t able to accommodate that. I own my own business and would never charge someone for a service they weren’t getting. When I asked to speak to a manager, conveniently none were available. They said they would have one call me but I have yet to receive a call back. I called back yesterday and there were no tickets opened the first time I called. It is now the weekend and they don’t work on weekends...service down or not. We are 5 days in with no internet! I’ve never received such lazy customer service or service in general!!! They do not care whatsoever about retention!

The service is fast, and the latency is low. I can stream 1080p without breaks. My service stayed stable through a thunderstorm! Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm very pleased with Phoenix Internet! I highly recommend them! A+++

Besides minimal too no service since September 7. The customer service is about as bad as it can be. There is no Tech support on the weekends. No punctuality They first told us it would be a week to get someone out to troubleshoot. after working our way up the chain of command they came out hours after they said they would be there. They fixed it for a few hours and there was no service. We have had no service all weekend. I guess it doesn't matter to them cause we have had minimal to no service for over two weeks. They also keep saying that they will trouble shoot and call us back. WE HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK YET!! If you have another option for internet, definitely take it. This company has no urgency and no consideration for there customers. To make it better spoke to Dyson twice. Rudest of all of them. I hope there leadership will like the 2 phone calls I recorded of him and then Carlos hus supervisor who just made excuses and didn't care is tech was rude!

You need to go into the website, and it shows you the basic service areas around the valley. You can also call them with your complete address, and they will let you know how service might be with you. They have been making huge advancement in technology since I started using them over a decade ago.
Did you call the number on their website? We call that number and go to tech support. From there they may transfer you.
Start up is about $89 depending on whether you use their router or not. $70 for 25 mbs. Usually get it. Antenna is small.
they offer a variety of packages, I pay less and and am just under 15 at our location, using the latest generation of equipment. Here Century links is way slower and around the same price
The plan prices on the website for Home Service says $ 50.00, $60.00, and $70.00 per month. These rates are for the first twelve months. What does the rate go up to after the twelve months ? I need to know as I work with a tight home budget. I am possibly considering this service. CenturyLink is Horrible and COX is the other alternative which we dislike.
