I’ve had such a terrible experience here with every single provider. From having to wait 2-3 hours to be seen after my initial appointment time, to being rushed in and out with 3-5 minutes of seeing a doctor/NP, to being misdiagnosed because of the lack of effort with their care, this practice has truly failed on all levels. For the longest time, I thought this was the norm with all family physicians because of a shortage of care, but after switching to a different practice, I realized that this place is so poorly run, it’s insane they still have patients. The front desk is rude, the providers clearly don’t care about your care, and it is almost impossible to get an appt scheduled within a week, and when when it is eventually scheduled, it will never start remotely on time. I would recommend going to urgent care over this place, it is that bad. Please find any other practice and it will surely be better.

I guess the rule holds true that if people have negative experiences they will be more vocal about it versus the people that have the good experiences. That's the only explanation that I can see to explain all of the other negative reviews here. By no means am I discounting any other people's bad experiences..no place is perfect and humans make mistakes from time to time. Heck I almost witnessed a fist fight in the waiting room at a cardiologist's office in Tucson. But I've been a patient at Associated Internists for over 5 years now and they have consistently been excellent to me. Whether it's getting same day appointments with a PA/NP, not feeling rushed by my physician, getting quick referrals to specialists, or getting my lab results on their patient portal, I could not be more satisfied with them.
