Parking is a hassle. Had an initial appointment with neurology in May. Checked in with a gentleman at the front desk 30 minutes before my appointment as requested. 45 minutes after my appointment time I still had not been called back to be seen. Went to check on the status. They had never checked me in and tried to say it was because I checked in at the kiosk. They checked me in and 10 minutes later I was back with the doctor. During that visit an MRI was order, and we also scheduled a follow-up appointment for October. Had the MRI done in July, and here we are in September and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out the results. Also just got an email of future appointments and my follow-up appointment for October is canceled. Just called to find out why and the neurology clinic canceled it for an unknown reason and is now booked until January. Good thing I'm slowly declining in health but they can't be reached and will cancel your appointments without telling you.

Usually, it's alright. But sometimes you get what you pay for. I've been sitting here in the ER, I'm agony, for literally over 4 hours. This is brutal.
